She runs an independent, high-volume urology and renal transplant practice covering the complete continuum of urological care — from routine outpatient consultation and stone disease through to complex genitourinary cancer surgery and high-risk kidney transplantation.

Where the experience was built

Dr. Panda trained in general surgery at Annamalai University, and then worked as a registrar in surgical oncology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram, and Manipal Hospital, Dwarka, holding the designation of Senior Resident — covering pelvic exenteration, cystectomy, hepatobiliary and breast cancer surgery. Urological training followed at Bharati Hospital and Research Centre, Pune, an 850-bed tertiary centre where the greater part of a 1,500-procedure endourology caseload was accrued.

She joined Manipal Hospitals in Bangalore in 2023, working at Whitefield and then at Varthur Road until July 2026, and has been Consultant in Urology and Renal Transplant Surgery at Manipal Hospital, Electronic City since August 2026. She has completed a Fellowship in Robotic Urology and Uro-Oncology with the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and has participated in over 250 renal transplants across Manipal Hospital Whitefield, Varthur Road and Old Airport Road.
