Video consultations run within the same OPD hours and suit report reviews, post-operative follow-up and second opinions. Send your imaging and reports in advance so they can be reviewed with you on screen during the call.
Insurance and referrals
Most major insurers and TPAs are empanelled at the hospital. The front desk confirms your policy and handles pre-authorisation. Referring clinicians can email the clinic directly.

Complete inability to pass urine, visible blood in the urine, or severe one-sided flank pain with fever need same-day assessment. Attend your nearest emergency department.
